Hi , I am very bad in Macro, can you help me to create one.
What I want to do is when I use the macro I will launch a frostbolt + Ice lance in a row.

Fairly sure that is not possible, since Frostbolt has a cast time, and Ice Lance triggers a global cooldown.
just hit your ice lance button in the middle of your cast no need for a macro even if it was possible ifyou want good macros go to arena junkies those are way more benificial than what you are thinking of.
