WTT improved CoC and shatter barrier

would it be a fair trade to give up the root effect of improved CoC and shatter barrier for winters chill and r1 frostbolt back?
Meh. Give up Shattered Barrier for Winter's Chill. But I prefer Imp CoC over R1 FB.

Also, I don't enjoy you having the same hairstyle as me. >:(
Please don't remove imp CoC... its not just frost mages who use it.


I'd honestly like to see Ice Barrier be re-worked entirely. Something like:

-Remove Shattered Barrier entirely.
-Change the damage absorption into either some sort of dispel protection or interrupt/silence protection.
-Change CD/Duration accordingly (I'd like to see it stay on under a 45 sec CD, honestly)

You've now just removed a nova from the game (All melee classes are now happier (Or have less to QQ about)), while also giving us dispel protection or a way to hard-cast properly, but on a CD.

Boom. Frost Mages are now less gimped, and less OP against melee. Everyone wins.

EDIT: Also, one less shield that attackers have to hit through. Even LESS to QQ about, as our only remaining shields would be one that drains mana, and one that only works against specific spell schools.
