Victory loves preparation

Hi I've been invited for the first time for a raid run in Magmaw. My question is what flasks and food buffs should I bring in order to get the most out of my dps? And if anyone knows a specific mage guide for this encounter. Thanks for any help! :)

I'd also fix that hit rating... 221 below the raid hit cap of 1742 is a bit excessive.
