Before anyone tells me about tooltips needing a client side patch, I know that. The spell still costs 1219 mana to cast, as I can watch my mana go down by 1219 when I cast it regardless of the tooltip. Just wondering what the deal is because it appears to be live in EU.
Didn't they say it needed a server restart first?
no idea, but rolling restarts would sure be appreciated if that is the case. would seem silly to wait until Tuesday.
