mage spec

hello i plan to roll a mage witch im gearing up with boas right at this moment and i want to know is this a ok spec for pve wise http://www.wowhead.com/talent#ohhZffhbzbRosfoc:bRoMRk0zm or is this the same spec that any noob mage can come up with and if you see my glyphs i just like frostfire bolt +15% crit better then fireball crit 5% if im wrong pls tell me nicely thx
