Need help with Pet attack macro (Solved)

[:1]I used to have it set up so that my Ice Lance automatically set my pet to attack. But I've just recently realized that spamming the pet attack button causes my pet to reset its attack animation and never actually cast Frost bolt.

Is there any macro setup that will cause my pet to ignore petattack if it is already attacking my current target?

/cast Frostbolt
/cast Waterbolt

Use his actual spell, not pet attack.

I have pet attack on frost bolt and cancel attack on poly. but yeah spamming buttons resets it, annoying. best would be to train yourself to just use a pet attack as a spell itself

I use

/petattack

It never resets my pet's water bolts. But I don't have it tied in with another spell.

Just tried this, A simple macro with /petattack. Spamming the key still causes it to reset for me. Are you sure?
