Hot streak question....

[:1]Despite trying to enjoy frost I just can't. I really enjoy Arcane and Fire more even though most of my game fun is PvP in battlegrounds. I am ditching my frost spec again for fire. My question is this. Is Hot Streak worth it in low levels?

Arcane Missiles have a 40% chance from any spell to be triggered...I've had them trigger when I counterspell and they seem to trigger quite a bit. Hot Streak is a "chance" when you crit with fire spells only. Lowbies don't exactly get a lot of crits rolling. When did you guys find picking up Hot Streak to be useful?


If you can reach it, it's always useful. You can get into the wonky mechanics of T3 vs T4 HS if you make it to max.
