Best PVP Professions for a mage

[:1]What are the best professions (in your opinion) to take PVP wise for a mage?
Can't go wrong with Jewelcrafting...+67 Int Red Gems are the bee's knees.
I've been rolling JC'ing/Engineering. They're a nice combo.
